Shipping: Once your order is complete, you'll receive shipping confirmation and tracking information (if applicable).
Delivery: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Inspection: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your bed arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the damage and packaging.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, materials may have been ordered and production may have begun, so cancellations may no longer be possible.
Personalized Products
Due to the custom nature of our products, personalized beds cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun, except in the case of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the packaging so we can review your claim and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
